These terms govern use of Dino Calories. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and only where permitted by applicable law and store rules.

Wellness, Not Medical Advice

Dino Calories provides general wellness and nutrition education. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and is not a replacement for professional medical advice.

AI Estimates

AI food logging, label reading, voice parsing, Dino Coach, insights, and reports can be inaccurate or incomplete. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting nutrition information before relying on it.

Free And Plus Plans

Dino Calories may offer a free tier with ads and monthly AI limits. DinoCalories Plus removes ads and unlocks premium AI features while a valid subscription entitlement is active.

Subscriptions

Mobile subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are managed by the store account used to subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your store account settings before renewal.

Restore And Access

Restore purchases is available in the app. Plus access depends on an active entitlement from the store and RevenueCat. Access may end after expiry, cancellation, refund, billing failure, or entitlement removal.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass quotas, abuse AI systems, interfere with services, upload illegal content, or access another user's account or data.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
